  Terrible wait. I come in and they tell me there is a wait because 3 people in front of me. The staff we are waiting on are all joking together in one of the cubicles. I mention why are they not taking care of customers to the greeter and she says she was going to mention that to them. WTH!!! Don't mind waiting if they are busy doing their jobs but they are punishing their customers. Sick of chase treating people like this. Closing my account today.

  Not even worth the first star. I've been w chase for years, but just moved to Lancaster. Every single time I go thru the drive thru it takes at least 25-30 mins even if I'm the only car there! Today I was in drive thru and they have no one managing the drive thru lanes just 4 people handling the inside. 2 people are helping one customer. I pushed the call button because I've waited 10 mins and she just walks over turns it off and turns to the other side. While she helped 3 people on the inside 6 cars accumulated. It's incredibly frustrating that they have NO one ever tending drive thru. I come once a week and it's been over 2 months and it's the exact same way every time. Today I got attitude from my Hispanic teller. She said what do you want... Because I pushed the button again after waiting 10 mins.. I said please cash my check. Waited 15 more minutes and and she sent it to me and didn't even say have a good day. Incredibly rude. Also they never show their faces in drive thru we just look at their forehead. I've mentioned it to them and they just brush it off. I've never experienced such bad customer service. And by the other reviews in guessing the manager doesn't give a flying crap. I'm also going to log a complaint with headquarters. This is just bogus that they treat people like this!

  We can ALWAYS count on terrible customer service at this bank. Slow, Rude, and overall just bothered by customers. How can this one be run so poorly when other branches are so efficient??!!
